A) These courses prompt your browser to open an additional window known as a pop-up. Many browsers have pop-up blockers on them to prevent you from getting unwanted advertising. You'll have to disable your pop-up blocker to view these courses. We're in the process of developing a tutorial for how to do this depending on your web browser. In the mean time if you can't figure it out use your help menu...this is a common question and most are equipped to easily turn off.

A) There is flat fee of $6.49 for the shipping of all merchandise. We will only charge you this fee per shipment NOT per item in the shipment. So if you exchange your Omolene hours for a hat and a shirt, you only pay $6.49. However, if you exchange for a hat and pay the $6.49, then earn additional hours later and decide to get a shirt, you will be asked to pay the $6.49 again. That's why we recommend pooling your items together on one order so you're only charged one time.

A) Visit the Administration building. You can see what courses you've completed, how many hours you have and you can update your personal information here as well.

A) First, not all coupons at Omolene University cost. If you complete courses 1-6 you receive a Buy 2 Save $20 off coupon at NO COST to you. Complete course 7 and we'll send you a Buy 6 Get $10 rebate at NO COST. The idea of the $10 off coupons is to allow students to throw it in with a hat, shirt or jacket. That's why it's only 20 hours...so you can get a coupon along with something else. You could also get multiple $10 off coupons and then only pay the $6.49 one time.

A) If you’ve recently lost your Omolene Hours then it’s likely due to a recent trip the campus store. If you go to the campus store, put items in your cart, then do not complete the checkout process, the system will subtract your hours but your order will not be processed. To prevent this, be sure you are ready to checkout before you hit the “purchase now” button. Once you hit the “purchase now” button a window will pop-up asking you to insert your credit card information to cover the $6.49 shipping fee. You must enter this information to complete your order. If you go back from here your hours will be lost. If you lose your hours let us know by using the “contact us” section on our home page. We’ll restore them for you so you can go through the checkout process again.

A) The only spot where a credit card is required is if you're looking to place an order at the campus store. If you complete courses 1-6 we’ll automatically mail you a coupon at no cost to you. If you’d like to redeem your Omolene Hours for items in the campus store then you’ll need a credit card to pay for the shipping charges. Note: this credit card MUST match the name and address you have entered at Omolene University. Any discrepancies between your credit card information and your Omolene University information will result in a rejected order.

A) Yes, you can still participate but you'll need to fastforward through the videos as they will probably slow you up. This site was not designed for the dial up user as the materials we've included do require a high speed internet connection.

A) Course 5 is a condensed version of the previous Omolene Horse Feed course. It only has 5 questions so we only assigned 5 hours to it. Both Courses 6 and course 4 offer 10 Omolene Hours.

A) Yes, all you have to do is complete course 4 in LongView and course 6 in Omolene Hall and we’ll ship you another Buy 2 Save $20 coupon at no cost. You can also redeem your hours for a $10 off coupon in the Campus Store.

A) Your coupons will come via the US Postal Service roughly 10 business days after you've completed the proper courses. Be sure you provide us with a valid address so we can ship you these offers, otherwise they may not get to the right place.

A) No, the material is suited for ages 13 and up. It does require a credit card to order items from the store so you may want to be aware of that before you make a purchase at Omolene University.

A) Courses 1-4 and two extra credit courses live in LongView. Omolene Hall holds courses 5-7.

A) At the LongView Animal Nutrition Center, you can take courses 1,2 or 3 in any order. Extra credit course 1b has a prerequisite of course 1 and extra credit course 3b has a prerequisite of course 3. To move to course 4 you must have completed course 1-3 and to graduate from Omolene University you must complete course 5 which as a prerequisite of course 1-4.

A) Land O'Lakes Purina feed does not have the right to use the Purina Brand outside the United States. The Purina horse products you purchased in Canada or other parts of the world are manufactured by a different company. With that said the coupons international users would receive would be invalid. We also have not set up the site to ship the merchandise internationally. Please feel free to explore the site and take the courses, the information you see here is still relevant to horse customer regardless of their location.
